Real estate and hospitality veteran with extensive experience in ownership, property management, and guest-facing operations. Eric has owned and operated a hospital and a wine bar for 15 years and has served as landlord to multiple restaurants and retail businesses for more than a decade. At The Mode Live, Eric oversees business administration, facility readiness, vendor relationships, concessions, bar operations, and hospitality infrastructure. Alongside Corey Taylor, he also oversees financial reporting, event P&Ls, expense controls, and final settlement review.

Creator of the Music Industry curriculum at the University of Tulsa and a professor with deep experience in live programming, brand strategy, and experiential marketing. For the past three years, he has led booking, logistics, and operations for more than 75 local and national artists annually across four stages at Tulsa Mayfest — a festival drawing more than 100,000 attendees each year — while directing festival marketing, media, and national brand partnerships. Clients include Balaji Wireless, InstaProtect, Zizo, and Tito's Handmade Vodka. At The Mode Live, Corey oversees venue programming, marketing, back of house operations, internships, partnerships, audience development, ticketing strategy and box office, and premium experience development.

Jordan brings expertise in venue systems, booking workflows, large-scale event execution, and operational structure. For The Mode Live, he serves as a strategic advisor supporting leadership on operational readiness, workflow, artist relations standards, and scalable venue practices.
